COVID: Venezuela registers 39 new cases in the last 24 hours

A total of 39 new cases of COVID-19, of which 4 are coming from Mexico, Panama and the Dominican Republic, were detected in the last 24 hours in Venezuela, bringing the confirmed cumulative total of cases to 523,059.

The community cases registered today correspond to states Miranda 17, Caracas 8, Apure 4, Aragua 4, Zulia 1 and Yaracuy 1.

This was announced this Monday by the Sectoral Vice President for Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñáñez, during the customary daily balance offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19, through his account on the Twitter social network @luchaalmada.

On day 792 since the pandemic arrived in Venezuela, the figure of 5,712 is registered regarding the total number of deceases to date. The number of recovered patients is 516,247 and there are 1,100 current active cases.
