In order to tighten and strengthen institutional ties, as part of the collaboration, brotherhood and mutual respect that exists between Cuba and Venezuela, the president of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), Judge Gladys Gutiérrez, welcomed on Thursday to the Cuban ambassador in Venezuela, Dagoberto Rodríguez Barrera.

During the meeting, held at the TSJ headquarters, the strengthening of cooperation ties in the judicial field was discussed, as well as the exchange of experiences on this matter, in accordance with the principles of integration and international solidarity in legal matters.

Judge Gladys Gutiérrez expressed her satisfaction with Ambassador Barrera’s visit, and indicated that the work to strengthen collaboration between the judicial powers of the two countries will be maintained and optimized.

For his part, Ambassador Dagoberto Rodríguez highlighted the importance of this work meeting, in which also participated Judge Luis Damiani Bustillos, a member of the Constitutional Chamber of the Venezuelan High Court, and general coordinator of the Research and Postgraduate Institute of the National School of Magistrature.
