El Aissami urges Colombia to tend its affairs and resolve its dramatic social situation

The sectoral vice-president for the Economic Area, Tareck El Aissami, urged the Government of Colombia this Saturday to devote to its affairs and “to solve its dramatic social situation and stop the systematic murders”.

In this sense, the declarations of the also Minister of People’s Power for Oil, were made in response to what was said by Colombian Senator Gustavo Petro, who suggested to President Nicolás Maduro “remove Venezuela from oil and take it to the deepest democracy”.

In this regard, the head of the oil portfolio in Venezuela added: “From Colombia are insisting the drunken voices of the cowardly left wing, and the voices of the “paraco” (paramilitary) right wing, in an out of tune chorus; on messing with our people and in our affairs. DO DEVOTE to resolving your dramatic social situation, and stopping the systematic assassinations of leaders”, says the publication made on his account on the Twitter social network:

“When you talk about democracy try to be sober”, he said in another message.

El Aissami stressed that despite the fact that Venezuela “is facing the most criminal aggression ever known” in economic and financial matters, as well as assassination attempts, sabotage and threats, they remain standing, victorious and with dignity.

Recently, President Nicolás Maduro declared that in some Latin American countries “a cowardly left wing has been created, one that bases its discourse on attacking the successful and victorious Bolivarian model”, and one that surrenders to the oligarchies and imperialism.
