Following instructions from President Nicolás Maduro Moros, the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, in the company of Minister Carlos Alvarado, led the start in Venezuela of the vaccination reinforcement process against COVID19, from the Dr. Miguel Ángel Peripheral University Hospital Rangel (former Hospital de Coche) in Caracas: “This week, health personnel, who are in the front row of the daily battle, giving their lives for us, will be vaccinated first of all” she reported.
