Magistrate Maikel Moreno, president of the Supreme Court of Justice, participated online in the opening ceremony of the judicial year of the International Criminal Court (ICC) that took place from The Hague, in the Netherlands.
During the activity, the president of the highest court of the Republic reiterated the willingness of the National Judiciary to continue working, within the framework of the powers enshrined in the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic, to guarantee access to justice, due process, respect for human rights.
