Venezuela and Portugal reaffirmed historic relations

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and Portugal reaffirmed relations, matters of relevance to the Portuguese-Venezuelan community, and reviewed issues of bilateral and multilateral interest.

This was reported by the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Félix Plasencia, via Twitter, after a meeting with the Portuguese ambassador, Carlos de Sousa Amaro.

“In our pleasant conversation we also reviewed matters concerning the Ibero-American Ministerial Meeting, held a week ago in Santo Domingo, where we shared extensively with the Portuguese Chancellor, Ernesto Augusto Santos Silva”, as Minister reported the Venezuelan Chancellor this Saturday, December 4, 2021.
