Venezuela and Kuwait ratified their intention to expand diplomatic relations at all levels.
This was reported by the Minister of People’s Power for Foreign Relations, Félix Plasencia, after holding a cordial meeting with the Prime Minister of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al Sabah.
The Venezuelan Chancellor offered the greeting from President Nicolás Maduro to the Emir and his people, and extended the invitation to visit Caracas, to strengthen relations and explore new areas of cooperation.
Venezuela and Kuwait are rooted in their shared membership in the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).
