The Chancellor of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, arrived on Wednesday to the city of Beijing, China, to review with his counterpart, Wang Yi, issues on the bilateral agenda and foster cooperation between the two nations.
Through his Twitter account @jaarreaza, the Minister for Foreign Affairs uploaded a video of his arrival to the Asian giant.
