Homeland Bloc denounced aggression by Guaidó to GNB women officials

The deputy of the Bloque de la Patria (Homeland Bloc), Francisco Torrealba, denounced on Tuesday that Juan Guaidó assaulted four women officials of the Bolivarian National Guard who guarded the spaces of the National Assembly, all “in his desperation to put a show” and enter by force to the Federal Legislative Palace in Caracas.

Torrealba explained that the session scheduled for Tuesday started at 10:00 am under the direction of the president of this body, Luis Parra, who discussed the points of the day. At that time, two opposition deputies appeared shouting from the balcony of the protocol chamber, despite which, the session could end without any other setback.

However, when leaving the chamber, the doors were closed and Guaidó and 20 other deputies who “were elated” were trying to enter the Parliament. “They lashed against the Bolivarian National Guard, attacked four women who were there taking care of the door and entered the chamber of deputies. They sat in the chairs above, took a picture and we stayed here because we saw that the right wing deputies were hitting each other”, said Torrealba.

The spokesman of the patriot bench added that this way of entering parliament is not justified because “they have been able to enter without any setback and ask for the floor as any of us would ask. If they have wanted, or have questions about the quorum, they have been able to request the nominal verification. But they didn’t do that, they just did a new show, a little more aggressive than on January 5″.

On the other hand, the opposition deputy, José Brito, also rejected the acts of violence staged this Tuesday by Juan Guaidó.

«A coward cannot be a leader. The leader is that on the vanguard. A coward can never be a leader. A scammer of the people’s hope. Here we are the boys in the neighborhood telling the G4 cupola that their time has come”, concluded Brito.
