Maduro: The FANB are morally and institutionally strengthened


The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolàs Maduro, stressed on Tuesday that the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) are morally and institutionally strengthened with the granting of promotions to the immediate superior level, an action that recognizes the discipline and merits of the military body in the safeguarding of the nation.
The National President extended congratulations to the 179 members of the Presidential Honor Guard (GHP) and the General Directorate of Military Counterintelligence (DGCIM) who received promotions for their efforts at the institutional level:
“I know that on a day like today – one of promotions – our military institution, our Bolivarian National Armed Forces is morally and institutionally strengthened inwards, as a powerful family”, said the also Commander in Chief of the FANB.
From the theater of the Military Academy of the Bolivarian Army (AMEB), located in Caracas, he announced the granting of Christmas permits for military personnel, under a schedule that will begin on December 12 and 28 for the first and second group, respectively.
