Bolivarian project was traced by Chavez for the victory of the people

The revolutionary and Bolivarian political project that the leader Hugo Chávez Frías visualized, and that began to take shape since his coming to power in 1999, remains a legacy in Venezuelan society, said the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, in an interview granted to the “Conversando con Correa” (Talking with Correa) program.
“Commander Chávez was aware of the role that a leader should play, and was clear about his role as the head builder of a revolutionary movement. He managed to build key elements as a new State, with the 1999 Constitution; a party and a coalition with real bases: an accompanying leadership and the Revolution and the people are still standing and victorious (…) despite his physical departure”, he stressed from Miraflores Palace.
In a dialogue with economist Rafael Correa, he said that Chavez trained a generation of leaders and sowed great political awareness and the importance of the socialist movement, which allowed them to move forward and continue along the revolutionary path despite the difficulties and obstacles that may present:
“It is a historical project that exists, of a people, of Bolívar (…) in here there is a people, a force, a Bolivarian National Armed Forces, a collective leadership, and whether Maduro is here or not, the Revolution will continue”, he concluded.
