President Maduro: In 2 years, Venezuela will have a completely recovered country


President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, said that in two years, Venezuela will have a completely recovered country, besides being an empowered country: “I am sure that what our people wants is peace, political tranquility, recovery and progress”, stressed the Head of State, from the commemoration of the 198th anniversary of the Battle of Carabobo, with the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, from the Carabobo Battlefield in Valencia, which he led since the very early morning hours on Monday.
The Head of State made a wreath offering to the tomb of the unknown soldier, as part of the commemorative events of this June 24, also the National Bolivarian Army Day.
Maduro called to insist one and a thousand times on the absolute independence of Venezuela in the 21st century and on the fight against imperialism in a civic-military union:
“No one gave us our Republic, nor our independence, what happened was a conquest ravaged by blood and fire”, detailed Maduro.
In the act were present the First Combatant Woman of the Republic, Cilia Flores; the president of the National Constituent Assembly, Diosdado Cabello; the governor of Carabobo state, Rafael Lacava; as well as the General in Chief Vladimir Padrino López, Sectoral Vice President of Political Sovereignty, Security and Peace and Minister of People’s Power for Defense.
AJ. Remigio Ceballos Ichaso, Strategic Operational Commander of the FANB; the MG. Jesus Suárez Chourio, general commander of the Bolivarian Army also made an appearance in the place.
