Venezuela and Brazil deepen relations of cooperation and peace


The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Jorge Arreaza, met Monday with the Senator of the National Congress of the Federative Republic of Brazil, Telmário Mota, to evaluate bilateral relations and promote dialogue between both nations.
“We evaluate the bilateral relationship and the need to deepen our cooperation with mutual respect, in peace and seeking shared benefits for both brotherly peoples”, said the Venezuelan Chancellor.
At the end of the work meeting with had the participation of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, Arreaza announced that they agreed to reopen the shared border with the South American nation and in the coming days will discuss the conditions that benefit the two countries.
The activity is part of the rapprochement talks with national and international delegations. In this regard, the senator mentioned that his visit seeks the rapprochement for the dialogue between the Bolivarian Government and the Federative Republic of Brazil.
Senator Telmário Mota is a journalist who is a member of the Brazilian Labor Party, representative of the Roraima region since 2015.
