ANC received results of proposal for Constitutional Law of People’s Power

The president of the commission of Communes, Julio Chávez, delivered on Tuesday to the president of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC), Diosdado Cabello, the proposals for the Constitutional Law of People’s Power, after 30 days of discussion of the organized people.

The objective of these actions is to strengthen the organization of the communities so that they can submit budgets for street lighting, maintenance of electric service, clean water, housing construction or other infrastructure, such as schools, high schools, sports courts, among others.

Commission for Persons with Disabilities:

Cabello also announced the creation of a special commission to discuss and bring proposals for the Constitutional Law for Persons with Disabilities, which will be presented on December 4.

He explained that constituents Emlio Colina, Julio Chávez, Juan Carlos Alemán, María Alejandra Diaz, Hermánn Escarrá, among others, will form part of this commission.

New appointments:

During the session of this Tuesday of the ANC, Cabello appointed Mayra Velásquez as the new vice president for the commission on Missions and Great Missions.

He also appointed constituent Esteban Árvelo as vice-president of the Justice, Transparency and Effective Guardianship Committee, and Jesús Yabinape as vice president of the commission for Indigenous Peoples and Communities.
