Maduro: I have brought to the UN the voice of a dignified people that does not surrender to aggressions

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, reiterated on Thursday that his participation in the General Assembly of the United Nations (UN), in New York, brought the voice of a dignified people that does not surrender to imperialist aggressions.

In his speech to the UN, the President denounced that Venezuela is the victim of a fierce diplomatic attack, for which he requested the UN to conduct an independent investigation on the magnicidal attempt that happened on August 04 at the Bolivar Avenue in Caracas.

“I have brought to the UN the voice of a dignified people that does not surrender to imperialist aggressions. We are heirs of Bolívar and of a whole generation of Liberators who fulfilled the feat of founding the Independent Republics of our region”, wrote the president.
