The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, qualified the unilateral measures imposed by the EU against high officials of the country as illegal.
Through a series of messages on her twitter social network account, Rodríguez confirmed her determination to defend Peace, democracy, national independence and Venezuela’s self-determination.
She asserted that no threat, extortion, arbitrary measure or blackmail will derail her commitment to the dignity and sovereignty of the Homeland:
«Never the old imperial world nor any power will bend my determination as a Venezuelan to love the land where I was born!», She said.
Lastly, she authorized the EU High Representative, Federica Mogerini, to dispose of the alleged assets in her name and asserted that these do not exist. At the same time she denounced the migratory crisis that the EU has generated with their warmongering, racist and xenophobic policies.
