The Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela denounced and rejected a new wave of unilateral sanctions by the US Government, which seek to generate destabilization and violence in the South American country.
This was expressed by the Venezuelan Foreign Minister, Jorge Arreaza, through his account on the Twitter social network, where he ratified that Venezuela will be an independent and sovereign free country, who will permanently exercise his right to self-determination.
He also assured that the Venezuelan people will return to give a lesson of peace and democracy on December 10 in the municipal elections, which will once again undermine the imperial pretensions to destabilize the country.

In another of the messages published he said that these unilateral measures are a sign of the contempt of the US President for the Venezuelan people and described as absurd and desperate.
