The Chancellor of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, is in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in order to participate this Wednesday in a meeting of Foreign Ministers of the Common Market of the South (Mercosur) despite the fact that it was unlawfully convened.
The information was released by the high official, through her account in the Twitter social network, after being welcomed by the Venezuelan Ambassador in Buenos Aires, Carlos Martinez Mendoza, in which she informed that she is on the way to the meeting of Chancellors .
