Maduro: Venezuela is an example of public, free and quality education

President Nicolas Maduro congratulated 7,784,625 children across the country for the beginning of the 2016-2017 school year, noting that «today the whole country it’s a school».
In his account on the Twitter social network – @NicolasMaduro- he stressed that «Venezuela has become an example of public, free and quality education» a right guaranteed in the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, reaching a rate of scholarship close 90%.
He urged teachers to form a «generation of liberators of the century», while calling for progress in the consolidation of a system of inclusion and quality.
