Chancellor: People and legitimate authority of the State guaranteed peace in Venezuela

The Chancellor of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, stressed that peace in the country this September 1, was guaranteed by the political power of the Bolivarian Chavista people who wants a sovereign country, and the legitimate authority of the State.
“We achieved to deactivate paramilitary gangs equipped with an important arsenal of weapons, which even were near the Miraflores Palace, because they intended to provoke violence again with a coup plan” she expressed during an interview given on Thursday night to TeleSUR.
In this regard, she said that the Venezuelan opposition, with international support by the right wing, intended to republish a combination of violent plans that they had already implemented with what happened in 2002 and in 2014.
“What this reissue of plans seeks is to violently overthrow the Constitutional President Nicolas Maduro, and, in a last stance, they seek to impose by force a neoliberal model that makes our people live again the dark hours with what they are used to doing, which is to exclude” she said.
