Bolivarian Revolution has battled for sovereignty and peace

“After meeting three years of the physical disappearance of the leader of the Bolivarian Revolution, Hugo Chavez, this political process has led the battle to keep the peace, sovereignty, dignity and stability of the Homeland”, said on Tuesday the President of the Republic, Nicolas Maduro.
“It’s been three years of struggle for sovereignty, for independence, for peace, for dignity. And such a good fight, Commander Hugo Chavez! You had prepared us, and we have battled, and (this) is just the beginning of many battles to consolidate this Revolution, this Republic, this free Homeland, this sovereign Homeland”, said the head of state on a broadcast by Venezolana de Television.
By participating in the commemorative acts in honor of Hugo Chavez, which were performed at the Mountain headquarters, in the 23 de Enero parish in Caracas, the National President said that these three years have been complex.
As a reflection, President Maduro also recalled the attacks that his Government has received. He referred to the violent events during the “guarimbas” (street riot barricades of 2014) which submitted to a situation of instability and kidnapping to families in the major cities of the country ruled by right-wing parties.
He further explained that, the imperial forces were prepared for every action, because they knew about the severity of the illness of Commander Chavez and, therefore, after his disappearance they carried out destabilizing plans.
