Isis Ochoa, Minister for Communes and Vice President of Territorial Socialism, stressed that the Bolivarian Government has transferred to the organized people 7,878 million bolivars, which have been invested in the development of public policies, among which is the National Textile Plan, the Plan for the Production of Hygiene Products, among others.
Ochoa added that more than 12 million dollars were invested in the necessary equipment for the textile plan to be successful, investment was achieved thanks to an agreement made with the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our Americas – Treaty of Commerce Peoples (ALBA-TCP)
She stressed that are already in the market cleaning products and personal hygiene of the Clap brand, which have been supported by the Pequiven company in its production process.
She also emphasized that there are more than 2000 Local Committees of Supply and Production (Clap), those involved in the Textile Plan, which will cater to 30% of the student population.
