2026 will be the ‘Big Bang’ of the People’s Power and communal democracy

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, reaffirmed the strength of the Venezuelan people in the face of adversity: “They believed that the Venezuelan people were going to shrink. Well, in here no one has shrunk, we are indestructible and invincible,” expressed the national leader.

In his statements, the head of state made a momentous announcement for the country’s political future: «2026 will be the ‘Big Bang’ of the People’s Power and Venezuelan communal democracy.» He indicated that this advance “will amaze the world” and highlighted that “the sovereign is millions of men and women who build the country.”

President Maduro made these statements in the context of denounces against the United States government. Along these lines, Maduro accused that the North American authorities “had their masks fall off,” revealing what he described as intentions to loot Venezuelan resources.

His statements make specific reference to a recent international incident: the military assault and robbery of a commercial ship that was transporting 1,900,000 barrels of Venezuelan oil. Regarding this case, the president pointed out that the resources “are kidnapped and missing.”

«They want to steal the oil of Venezuela, but they will not be able to plunder the resources and natural wealth of the people“, Maduro stated forcefully. This position reaffirms the defense of national sovereignty over the country’s energy resources.

The presidential message emphasizes national resistance to what it describes as interventionist actions, while projecting a future of strengthening communal power. The combination of international denunciation and announcement of internal transformation marks the discourse of sovereignty that characterizes the official Venezuelan position.
