Venezolana de Television (VTV) documented, through news reports, the air deployment carried out in REDI No. 6, Guayana, Bolívar state, where military and electoral personnel were transported to polling stations in the indigenous communities of Wonken and Ikabaru, in the Gran Sabana municipality of Guayana Esequiba state.
Similar operations were replicated simultaneously in all regions of the country.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), Domingo Hernández Lárez, reaffirmed via his social media that «in Venezuela, the people rules,» emphasizing that in this consultation, «the vote of ordinary men and women will choose the community projects.»
This statement stresses the participatory nature of the consultative process.
Meanwhile, military units are conducting patrolling, reconnaissance, and surveillance operations along borders, coasts, and the Gulf of Venezuela, maintaining absolute control over territorial areas.

The legal framework supporting this operation is found in Article 5 of the Law of Electoral Processes, which establishes the support of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) for the Electoral Authority to safeguard the security of voters and electoral materials.
Additionally, Article 13 of the Bolivarian Constitution reaffirms sovereignty over the national territory.
