Flight number 70 of the Gran Mision Vuelta a la Patria (Great Mission Return to the Homeland) landed at Maiquetía International Airport with 185 Venezuelans on board. The Venezuelans, arriving from Texas, United States (US), returned safely and with dignity thanks to this social program of the Bolivarian Government.

The group of repatriates consisted of 151 men, 30 women, two girls, and two boys. This initiative aims to provide support to migrants who voluntarily decide to return to their country of origin, facilitating their reintegration.

Among the most moving cases is that of Dayalin Mendoza, an eight-year-old girl who was separated from her family in the United States. Her return marks the beginning of an emotional and family restoration, accompanied by the protection of the Venezuelan State.

The reception on land was carried out by security agencies such as the Scientific, Criminal, and Criminal Investigation Corps (CICPC), the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service (SEBIN), the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), and the Bolivarian National Police Corps (CPNB). These institutions guaranteed safety and order throughout the disembarkation and welcome process.

In accordance with established protocols, the citizens received integral medical care and personalized immigration guidance. This initial support is crucial to assess the individual needs of each repatriated.

Subsequently, the Venezuelans passed through an immigration tunnel where they were interviewed. Finally, with the assistance of security forces, they were safely transferred to their homes throughout the entire national territory.

The Great Mission Return to the Homeland thus reaffirms its commitment to protecting Venezuelan citizens abroad and facilitating their return to the country, ensuring an orderly, humane, and dignified process.
