«Let the world know, let the empires know, Venezuela today more than ever has what it takes, that is why we are at peace.» With this forceful declaration, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, declared the nation’s invulnerability during the launching of the 299 Quadrants of Peace in the capital CITY, and during the assessment of the Mission Base in the El Guarataro community in Caracas.
From the Antonio José de Sucre Socialist Commune, the Head of State delivered a clear message to the foreign powers: The Bolivarian Revolution is consolidating its model of self-determination and integral defense of peace, not through submission, but through the strength and preparedness of People’s Power united with the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB).
Perfect popular-military-oolice union expands in the capital city:
President Maduro emphasized that this massive activation of these quadrants is being carried out under the strategic principle of the perfect Popular-Military-Police Union. This indissoluble alliance between the organized people and state security forces has reached a new phase of expansion, with a significant leap from the 146 quadrants of the first phase to the 299 currently deployed in the Communal Circuits of Caracas.
The President detailed the comprehensive logistical effort that guarantees the effective operation of this social protection system. This effort includes the provision of state-of-the-art communications equipment, motorized vehicles, constant patrols, and immediate response systems to neutralize any eventuality that attempts to disrupt the peace of the people.
This expansion represents a victory for the Bolivarian national security model, which prioritizes the defense of the territory from its communal roots and consolidates Venezuela as a territory of peace, free from foreign interference and firmly on its path to socialism.
