President Nicolás Maduro inaugurated this Thursday the «Juana Ramírez La Avanzadora» Socialist Mission Base in the community of Sarría, La Candelaria parish (Caracas), as part of the social development program of the National Executive.
The new social complex is accompanied by a modern water treatment plant, designed to improve the quality of life for the area’s residents. During the inauguration ceremony, the Head of State emphasized that these projects represent «a further step in the consolidation of territorial socialism.»
The President highlighted the coordinated work between the government and community organizations: «This space has been recovered thanks to the efforts of the Sarria Rebel Commune, demonstrating the organizational strength of our people”, affirmed Maduro from the community octagonal where the event took place.
The startup of this mission base is part of the policy of integral care for the popular sectors, with an emphasis on historically under-cared areas. The president reiterated his commitment to continue working «for the well-being of all Venezuelans.» With this inauguration, the Bolivarian Government reaffirms its strategy of bringing essential services and social programs directly to communities, strengthening the network of mission bases throughout the country.
