This Tuesday, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, announced the creation of the special fund «Ciudad Humana» (Human City) to promote, together with the Juntos Todo es Posible Corporation, quality community projects throughout the country.
The first of these projects will be carried out in Miranda state, with the transformation of the Petare Coliseum—current headquarters of the Municipal Police—into a large sports, cultural, and training center. In this regard, it was announced that the police force will be relocated to the Ciudad Lebrun sector:
«The special Ciudad Humana fund is now operational so that, together with the Todo Es Posible Corporation, it can be used nationwide, using the Juntos Todo Es Posible methodology, which comes, uses the Concrete Action Agenda (ACA), presents the project, begins the work, completes it, and also includes a one-year maintenance contract,» said the President.
It is worth noting that, in the Petare parish, 900 social actions have been consolidated, which include the development of projects derived from the popular consultations of the communal circuits.
In this regard, the Head of State urged that the communities around the Coliseum’s center and circle be included as part of the Coliseum renovation project.
