President Nicolás Maduro activates Sixth Transformation of the 7T Plan

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, led a work day on the activation of the Sixth Transformation: Ecosocialism, Science and Technology, as part of the 7T Plan, in order to consolidate ecosocialism as a civilizing model with a nationalist identity.

The ecological issue being the basis of this transformation, this aspect is called to add actions to combat the climate crisis, promote awareness and protect the people from the environmental impact, as well as to safeguard the Amazon and natural reserves from the voracity of capitalism.

It is also related to uniting efforts and adding actions to combat the climate crisis caused by the neoliberal measures of voracious capitalism, promoting awareness about the importance of protecting our natural reserves.

From the spaces of the Caricuao Zoological Park, in the city of Caracas, the Head of State was accompanied by the First Lady, Cilia Flores; the vice president for the Science, Technology and Health sector, Gabriela Jiménez; the Minister of Ecosocialism, Ricardo Molina; the president of the National Institute of Parks (Inparques), Rosinés Chávez; and representatives of environmental movements.

The representatives of the Science and Technology and Ecosocialism portfolios held a meeting, this Tuesday, with a team of experts, whose purpose is to unify strategies to advance the Action Plan of the Sixth Transformation (6th T) of the 7T Plan.

This is how the 6th T promotes an alternative development model to capitalism, focused on environmental protection, social justice and the construction of inclusive cities, with the People’s Power as the protagonist, to face the climate crisis and build the Venezuelan power of the future.
