The National Communal Electoral Commission issued a second balance of the electoral day of the 1st National Popular Consultation 2025, which took place on February 2 in all the states of the country, where they highlighted that the established goals in terms of citizen participation were exceeded:
«In the tours that we have made by the electoral centers we saw the participation of all those Venezuelans from 15 years of age exercising their right to vote (…), we continue participating and calling on the companions who have not yet exercised the vote that they are still on time.» They emphasized that this first National Popular Consultation of 2025 has made the difference with a greater participation of the people.
The states with maximum mobilization have been Zulia, Mérida, Miranda, Anzoátegui, Falcón, Barinas and Caracas.
The electoral commission also indicated that the elected projects will bring maximum happiness to the communal territories and that they are linked to the Seven Transformations (7T) and are related to productive matters, health, sports and drinking water.
It is worth noting that thousands of Venezuelans have taken to the streets of the country on this day to exercise their right to vote during the first National Popular Consultation of 2025 to prioritize community projects that will vindicate their lives in their territories, and also promote, consolidate and build the Communal State in Venezuela.
