“Those of us who believe in the union of Latin America and the Caribbean must work to save the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), with initiatives of economic cooperation, shared investments, active trade, cultural, educational and scientific integration,” said the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro:
“Those of us who believe in the union must act because there is an operation by the extremist right wing of Javier Milei, Daniel Noboa and Nayib Bukele, who are the Trojan horses in Latin America (set in order) to implode us, to divide us, to make us self-destruct. An operation to do with CELAC what they did with the Union of South American Nations (UNASUR), (to) neutralize it and destroy it,” he said.
The Head of State believes that the enemies of progressive governments have as foremen the aforementioned presidents of the extreme right wing of Argentina, Ecuador and El Salvador. He assured that it is the time for revolutionaries: “Let us row together towards the same objective of productive union, for the future and the continent.”
