The Chancellor of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Yván Gil, held a meeting with the resident coordinator of the United Nations Organization (UN), Gianluca Rampolla, with the purpose of updating the cooperation mechanisms between the institutions and the United Nations System. This meeting was held within the framework of respect for sovereignty and the objective of promoting social development.
This was indicated by the Minister of People’s Power for Foreign Relations through the publication of a video on the Telegram channel, in which the cordiality of continuing relations for the benefit of the peoples and the consolidation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) was shown.
In the third month of the current year, Gil reported on a meeting with the coordinator of the international organization with the aim of strengthening the shared vision of contributing to the sovereign development of the nation and the social well-being of the population; In this sense, cooperation relations have advanced:
“We are committed to continue advancing in this collaboration, always placing the people as the central axis and protagonist of their own reality and improvement,” added the Minister of People’s Power for Foreign Relations.
