Venezuela marks a milestone in history with the «roadmap of the process of continuity of the Great Congress of the Historical Block, of the organization in the structures of bases and of the power of the block, to determine the future of the future years of Venezuela, for the upcoming 6 years»; this was stated by the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Nicolás Maduro Moros.
From the Ayacucho Hall (of Miraflores Palace), the head of State called for the installation of the second chapter of the Historical Block for next December 17, as this is an «iconic» date, since it commemorates the death of the Liberator Simón Bolívar.
In this sense, the President referred, in relation to Bolívar’s dream, the following: “On December 17, 2030, exactly 6 years later (…) here is your Historic Bolívar Block, here is your free and sovereign homeland. We are victorious, standing, free, sovereign, independent and happy. Your dream came true. We continue in battle!”
The national President also added that the 7T Plan, the plan for transformation on the road to the future (2025-2031), «is the conception and the plan for the foundation of a new State, which overcomes the vices of the old bourgeois State.»
In addition to this, he reiterated that this plan is with a vision of 30 years, 2024-2054, referring in this way to the youth of the country; and he also stressed that this will achieve a «focus on the 7 areas, 7 consensuses, 7 transformations, so that a new cultural and political consensus is built and that it will lead us to where we have to go.»
In context, it is worth mentioning that this block was based on the readings that Commander Hugo Chávez made of some books by the Marxist philosopher Gramsci; to then take it to the revolutionary concept and from there design the block that is currently being promoted by the legitimate president, Nicolás Maduro Moros:
«Chávez brought all this concept to the Venezuelan reality based on debate, formulation, arguments, historical reasons. The Historical Block of Venezuela is, above all, an anti-imperialist Historical Block (…) marked by the Bolivarian seal, with a vision of a great homeland! It is an epic legacy of Commander Hugo Chávez.
