President Nicolás Maduro, in his «Con Maduro +» program from Miraflores Palace, assured that if in the recent past the audiovisual and print media, dominated by the extreme right wing controlled and manipulated propaganda and public opinion, today the domain is cybernetic, protected by social networks.
He assured that this new style of control and power is supported by criminal fascism, to destabilize sovereign and independent States:
“Today, coups d’état are cybernetic. If in the past cyberspace and social networks were not dominant, because television, radio and the written press controlled the information, as it happened on April 11 against Commander Chavez, that is a thing of the past, now they do not need that, now it is social networks and cyberspace against the transmission systems. And messages of destabilization, hatred and revenge, it is cyberspace and social networks that respond to interests and politicians with their content. It is the new fascism, which manipulates feelings and projects lies.
President Maduro added that the extreme right wing does not campaign for elections, but rather they prepare for war through a social media campaign and aligning all social networks with messages of destabilization, hatred, revenge, to threaten thousands and thousands of Venezuelans, as happened with the leaders of the UBCH:
“We got prepared for an electoral campaign, with offers, proposals, programs and how we should act, what the message is, the slogan, with songs like El Gallo Pinto, which was a big hit. A happy, mobilizing campaign, for the better, but the right wing when it participates they go straight to ask for an invasion, a coup d’état, sanctions. And when they participate, specially in the presidential elections, they prepare for war and violence. In other words, we are experiencing in Venezuela a fascist outbreak like we have never seen before, with a load of hatred, division and revenge, of which we had no historical reference”.
President Nicolás Maduro clarified that he has personally experienced this excessive fascist violence by the right wing: “They prepare the ground to throw dirt in our eyes and prepare their fascist cavalry to cut off our heads, but we are vaccinated against fascism, against social networks and against cyberfascism”, finally stressed President Maduro.
