The mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, participated with her vote in the election of the Second National Popular Consultation 2024, at the “Francisca Luisa Soublette” voting center in the El Valle parish and called on all people over 15 years of age to participate in the popular consultation process:
“My vote is ready in the Second National Popular Consultation, for communal development and the transformation of Caracas,” said Meléndez.
In Caracas, 298 projects will be selected in total: “Our president Nicolás Maduro promotes the Communal State and in this democratic celebration we participate with great joy and enthusiasm. We are all convened: Commune or Nothing!”.
This Sunday, August 25, the Second National Popular Consultation 2024 will be held so that communities can choose their priority water, education, electricity and road projects.
All Venezuelans over 15 years of age have the right to participate in this election of the second National Popular Consultation 2024. The voter must only present his laminated identity card, then select the option of his preference on the ballot and then deposit the option of his chosen project in the ballot box.
