On a tour of the Ruta de la Mandarina Commune, in the Zamora municipality of Miranda state, President Nicolás Maduro set a goal of 6,000 communes in three years. From the place, the head of state instructed the delivery of trucks for the Ruta de la Mandarina Commune.
For the realization of this project, he asked the Minister of People’s Power of the Office of the Presidency and Monitoring of Government Management, Aníbal Coronado, to establish communications for the delivery of these trucks, in order to begin the process of distribution of the items of the producers of the community.
New system of government:
The Dignitary ratified that Venezuela is heading towards a great change in the system of Government:
“We are going to a great change in the Government system,” because “the government cannot be aerial, the government has to be in the territory with the people and the resources of the country must be invested in the territory and in the needs of the people,” he indicated.
During this tour, he also directed that “the Ministries territorialize their work in the 4,505 communal circuits, all the governorates,” in addition, he indicated that “roughly we could reach 5,000, 6,000 communes in three years, but real communes, consolidated, organized, working with projects, with results, with works.”
On this occasion, the President called on the people to participate next Sunday in the second National Popular Consultation 2024.
“On Sunday we must participate, so that you vote for the priority project, starting at 8 in the morning,” he detailed.
For her part, the First Combatant woman of the Republic, Cilia Flores, also invited people to vote for the priority project, stating: “Now the people chooses what they want, what they need, and how they do it and when they do it, and for that they have the support of the President and the entire Government. Congratulations on this beautiful land where you live, work and produce,” she stressed.
