The United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) together with all the political alliances that are part of the Great Patriotic Pole «Simón Bolívar» (GPP) will soon hold the World Congress against Fascism, Neofascism and Similar Expressions, to fine-tune strategies and proposals in the defense of the country, as reported the head of the red party and president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros:
«I want us to set a date very soon, I instruct the team with international experience made up of Diosdado Cabello, Delcy Rodríguez, Rander Peña, Jorge Arreaza, to propose a date before October,» he said.
The head of state also extended an invitation to all thinkers, intellectuals, artists, social leaders, politicians from the continents of Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Europe and America to participate in the event. “We are going to hold the Great World Congress against Fascism, Neofascism and Similar Expressions, to nourish ourselves with ideas, proposals and fine-tune the strategies of Venezuela, which is defending its right to live in peace and to project itself into the future,” he said.
On the other hand, he reminded the national leadership of the PSUV and the GPP that this Sunday, will be held communal elections throughout the country. “There are elections this Sunday, they are general and communal. Do you want democracy? We are going for more democracy. Do you want participation? We are going for more participation, but for real.”
