TSJ begins technical expertise of electoral material

The president of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), magistrate Caryslia Beatriz Rodríguez Rodríguez announced that the office she presides began the expertise of all electoral material of probative value recorded in physical and digital form, related to the presidential election process of July 28.

In this sense, was carried out the supervision and control of the expertise process of the material submitted by the National Electoral Council (CNE), the political organizations, and the participating former candidates: «This expertise is in the process of being carried out by a group of experts in electoral matters with the highest national and international technical and scientific standards, guaranteeing the highest level of technical-legal excellence, which will be done directly, personally and daily throughout the process,» said Rodríguez.

“Once this expertise process has been completed within the peremptory time previously established by the Electoral Chamber, with these objective, proven and certified facts, a final judgment will be issued on this electoral contentious appeal,” she said.

Finally, the magistrate stated that, “the TSJ considers it appropriate to reiterate its commitment and willingness to the Venezuelan people to dispense justice.”
