President Nicolás Maduro appeared before the TSJ for the right to tranquility of Venezuelans

This Friday from the headquarters of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), the Constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, addressed the country on a national radio and television joint broadcast and in the presence of national and international media, to report on his appearance before the Supreme Court of the Republic.

For peace, stability, the right to tranquility of Venezuela and for the sovereign exercise of Public Powers and Democracy, he attended to answer the interrogation that has been legally carried out on him: «I have not shied away from any question from the judges and magistrates men and women» he assured.

It is important to highlight that the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, introduced an electoral contentious appeal contained in the National Constitution, before the Electoral Chamber of the TSJ, where nine of the 10 candidates who participated in the presidential elections of July 28 attended the judicial summons to comply with the law.

The heads and legal representatives of the 38 political parties registered with the electoral power were called to comply with the summons and the questions that were formulated to them, which are recorded in the file of the trial – which is in full development – of the appeal introduced by the First Mandatary and winning candidate of the presidential electoral contest.

He thanked the 13 parties and political movements grouped in the Great Patriotic Pole Simón Bolívar (GPPSB) that nominated his candidacy, who strictly recorded all the acts and documents requested as proof of the legality and transparency of the aforementioned electoral event.

He recalled that under the new electoral system and the Magna Carta of the Republic, the popular political forces and movements that he leads have won 29 of 31 elections in 25 years, in different and difficult situations, «and we have lost with honor and constitutional loyalty 2 elections, and then we did not went out to cry, nor to set the country on fire, nor to burn opponents alive,» said the Head of State.

Finally, he highlighted the expertise and professional capacity of the forces that he represents to participate in electoral processes of all kinds, with political machinery and organization, and to be able to respond with legal documentation such as that presented this Friday before the Electoral Chamber of the TSJ.
