“I vote with both hands for this powerful declaration of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our Americas-Peoples’ Trade Agreement (ALBA-TCP).”
The statement corresponds to the head of State and Government of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, who ratified his support for the government of Bolivia and its president Luis Arce, during his participation in the 10th Extraordinary Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Bolivarian Alliance to the Peoples of Our Americas-Peoples’ Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP).
“I can (…), to my brothers and sisters of ALBA-TCP, all the support of the people of Venezuela for the safe path of ALBA, where Bolivia has given an example of response capacity,” he expressed.
The Dignitary in his intervention, under the modality of videoconference, stressed, regarding the attempted coup d’état in Bolivia, that the permanent conspiracy against the autonomous processes in the Region has been confirmed.
Given this scenario, he highlighted that the path of the right to peace, stability and development is strengthened.
He also recalled, from Táchira state, that the Venezuelan right wing came out to applaud the coup d’etat in Bolivia.
He also reiterated that “from Venezuela we are proud of the people of Bolivia, of their courage, of their power, of their strength.”
In context, the ALBA-TCP announced, this Wednesday morning, an extraordinary virtual meeting of Heads of State and Government, pointing out, through his account on the X social network, that “the dignitaries meet to denounce the attempted coup d’état in Bolivia – which occurred on June 26 – and reaffirm support for the government of President Luis Arce.»
