President Nicolás Maduro welcomes six new ambassadors to Venezuela

Six new ambassadors paid their respects to the head of state, Nicolás Maduro Moros, at Miraflores Palace, and presented him with their Letters of Credence, documents that accredit them as diplomatic representatives of their respective governments and people in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

From the Sol del Perú Hall, the diplomats, separately, went to the presidential palace accompanied by the Venezuelan Chancellor, Yván Gil, and the respective delegations, to complete the protocol activities.

The new diplomats represent the States of Kuwait, the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, Serbia, Zimbabwe, the Philippines and the Kingdom of Norway, respectively, who greeted the Venezuelan president, and shared a brief official exchange, where they ratified their work in the country. based on absolute respect for sovereignty and independence and an alliance of cooperation and fraternity, as stipulated by the Bolivarian Peace Diplomacy.

Firstly attended the Kuwaiti ambassador, Fadel Al Hassun; later that of Guyana, Richard Van West-Charles; then the ambassador of Serbia, Katarina Andric.

Then, it was the turn of the representative of the Republic of Zimbabwe, Meshack Kitchen; later the ambassador of the Philippines, Joseph Gerard Angeles and finally the high representative appointed by the Kingdom of Norway, Nils Martin Gunneng.

The protocol for delivering Credential Letters is a universal diplomatic procedure that demonstrates good relations between Sovereign States and certifies the representatives designated by their respective governments before the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
