The 1×10 System of Good Government has attended 1,296,271 cases that come through the VenApp application.
The figure was made known in the 13th edition of the “Con Maduro+” program, where a resolved case was presented in the Libertadores de América sector, in the San Antonio de Táchira parish of Táchira state.
Days before, Mr. Carlos Barrera, a street leader of the Bolívar municipality, reported a breakdown in the telephone line and problems with connectivity to the Internet service.
To testify to the response and solution to this problem through VenApp, Barrero shared the experience in the program this Monday, in the company of the Venezuelan head of state.
In the Andean state, the technical deployment of the crews and advanced technical personnel for the recovery of the networks is currently carried out. Up to now, 75% of the users are active and the deployment of the placement of sleeves, cables, the implementation of splices, as well as the tour of each sector to guarantee the activation of telephone lines is carried out.
In the broadcast of “Con Maduro+” it was also agreed that the Military Community Brigades for Education and Health (Bricomiles) would work on the recovery of this entity’s type 3 hospital, to rehabilitate its spaces.
After sharing a video of Sucre state, details were given about the direct-to-community gas installation project of this entity, to benefit more than 440 families.
Carmen López, a gas spokesperson for the Community Council, visited the program and appreciated the VenApp application, through which “they listen to us and go to the solution”, said López, who highlighted the work of the governor, government entities and the community.
Regarding the percentage of compliance with the 1×10 of Good Government in the Sucre state, Governor Gilberto Pinto pointed out that “it stands at 57.85%”.
