Head of State rejects attack on CLAPs by right wing on the NA

President Nicolas Maduro manifested on Tuesday his rejection of the attacks against the Local Committees of Supply and Production (CLAP), by the right wing deputies to the National Assembly (AN)
«The CLAPs were born to create, to consolidate,» he said from the Miraflores Presidential Palace in Caracas, where he held Tuesday his «Contacto con Maduro» (Contact with Maduro) program.
The CLAP also constitute a strategy to fight the unconventional warfare driven by sectors of the right wing, characterized by economic sabotage with hoarding, boycott and usury of the products, either declared as staple necessities or not.
For this, are being held house by house journeys of food distribution at fair prices.
In that sense, the National President said that so far there have been made 13 national journeys, through which have been distributed 45,388 metric tons of food.
These have reached 6,682 communities in 594 parishes of 264 municipalities of the country.
