With swiftness and firmness! Will apply justice against political violence

The Head of State during his program “Contacto con Maduro” (Contact with Maduro) asked the Venezuelan State’s institutions and the people to act quickly, firmly and with an iron hand against the open and hidden political violence there is in in the country.
“Only with the severe application of justice we will go cleaning the violence that seeks to pollute the development of the economic recovery, of the social consolidation, the political stability of the country” he enhanced on Tuesday night from the Presidential Palace of Miraflores, in Caracas.
The President said that he instructed the Minister of People’s Power for Interior, Justice and Peace, Gustavo Gonzalez Lopez, to detain the perpetrators who attacked passersby during the opposition march in Miranda state. “We have the videos and evidences”, he precised.
Finally, he reiterated that Venezuela has the right to peace and work.
