Venezuela recovers its historic coffee production capacity

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, highlighted this Monday that Venezuela has recovered its historical capacity for coffee production.

During the 10th edition of his “With Maduro+” TV program from Miraflores Palace, the national President applauded the results of the Second International Meeting of Venezuelan Specialty Coffee that takes place in El Laguito, at the Circulo Militar (Military Circle), in Caracas city since Thursday, July 13:

International Coffee Fair, a total success. See you there these days, to participate in its closing, I congratulate you, I thank you for being in Venezuela, and really that you for teaching us so much, and that from this learning we are strengthening the quality of Venezuelan coffee”, he expressed together with specialists from the field that attended the television program as guests.

The Dignitary pointed out that “an extraordinary process that places Venezuelan coffee producers at the point where they have to be” is being experienced, because “with the efforts of the coffee producers in Venezuela, they have been recovering, and now there are not only 400 brands at a local and regional level, but that we are already beginning to have the capacity to bring the best Venezuelan coffee to the world.”
