COVID: Venezuela registered 170 cases in the last 24 hours

A total of 170 new cases of COVID-19 were registered in the last 24 hours, of which 79 are community cases and 91 cases are imported from Ireland (5), Bolivia (7), Portugal (11), Spain (19), Republic Dominican (13), Panama (29) and Türkye (7), for a total of 549,548 confirmed accumulated cases to date.

This was announced this Wednesday by the Vice President for Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñañez, during the usual daily balance offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19, through his account on the Twitter social network, @luchaalmada

The community cases are located mostly in Caracas (18), Miranda (17), Barinas (8), Apure (7) and Zulia (7),

On day 1,011 since the pandemic arrived in Venezuela, the country registers 5,830 as the total number of deceases. The number of recovered patients is 542,175 and there are 1,593 current active cases.
