COVID: Venezuela registered 63 new cases in the last 24 hours

A total of 63 new cases of COVID-19 were detected in the last 24 hours in Venezuela, of which 34 are community transmission cases and 29 case came from Panama (21), the Dominican Republic (3), Türkiye (2), Spain (1), Mexico (1) and Russia (1) bringing the confirmed accumulated total to 547,112 cases.

The community cases registered today are located in the states: Zulia (13), Miranda (11), Caracas (3), Anzoátegui (2), Yaracuy (2), Portuguesa (2) and Falcón (1).

This was announced this Thursday by the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, during the customary daily balance offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19, through her account on the Twitter social network, @delcyrodriguezv.

On day 849 since the pandemic arrived in Venezuela, the country registers the figure of 5,827 as the total number of deceases. The number of recovered patients is 540,326 and there are 984 current active cases.
