COVID: Venezuela registered 26 new cases in the last 24 hours

A total of 26 new cases of COVID-19 were registered in the last 24 hours, of which 4 are community cases and 22 cases came from Panama (7), the Dominican Republic (2), Türkiye (7), Spain (5) and Colombia. (1).

This was announced this Monday by the sector vice president of Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñáñez, during the usual daily balance offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19, through his account on the Twitter social network, @luchaalmada.

The community cases are located in the states: Miranda (2) and Yaracuy (2).

On day 974 since the pandemic arrived in Venezuela, the country registers 5,824 as the total number of deceases. The number of recovered patients is 539,988 and there are 649 current active cases.
