At the meeting also participated the head of the Venezuelan Chancellory, Carlos Faría.

From Venezuela, ALBA-TCP and ECOWAS are promoting bi-regional cooperation, this after a meeting between the president of Guinea Bissau, Umaro Sissoco Embaló, Chancellor Carlos Faría and the executive secretary of ALBA-TCP, Sacha Llorenti”, specifies the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in his account on Twitter.

The Venezuelan foreign ministry adds that the exchange promoted by Venezuela is based on the Diplomacy of Peace.
