President Maduro renews his commitment to indigenous peoples on the day of Indigenous Resistance

This October 12, when Venezuelans celebrate 530 years of Indigenous Resistance, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, renews his commitment to defending the dignity of indigenous peoples with the cry of rebellion (originating in the Carib Indians): Ana Karina Rote, aunicon paparoto mantoro itoto manto!

In this sense, through his account on the Twitter social network, @NicolasMaduro, the head of state expressed: “We are a People in permanent resistance that fights against colonialism.”

Ana Karina Rote, aunicon paparoto mantoro itoto manto!” With this cry full of ancestral strength and rebellion, we renew our commitment and defense of the dignity of the original peoples. We are a People in permanent resistance that fights against colonialism.”

This expression of the Carib Indians —also used by the soldiers of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB)— Ana Karina Rote, aunicon paparoto mantoro itoto manto! means: “Only we are people, there are no cowards here and no one gives up”.

Meanwhile, in the early hours of the morning, the authorities of the Venezuelan Government, members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) and the people, began the commemorative acts with the raising of the flag on the main pole of the Foro Libertador Monumental Complex, in the National Pantheon, located in Caracas.
